Before anyone starts at Total Fitness Worcester we carry out a fitness assessment. It’s important that we know your strengths & Weaknesses. Knowing this information allows us to tailor the programme to you.


By thinking ‘body composition’ rather than weight loss, you’ll not only achieve success and transform the way you look and feel, you’ll also be able to monitor and improve other factors that are essential to long-term health such as your basal metabolic rate, visceral fat level and bone mass.

Tracking Workouts

We use a system called MYZONE tracks every ounce of effort you put into exercise by the beat of your heart. This data is then used in a very simple point system, called MEPS (MYZONE Effort Points), to give users a sense of satisfaction and achievement. It ensures all your effort is rewarded.

The Community

Having a supportive community can keep you motivated, push you to work out harder, and encourage you to stay committed to your fitness goals.
